The database recreation sadly did not help either, but i’ll continue investigating other possible issues then in the knowledge that it’s not related to the plugin itself.

As a test i created a new calendar from scratch. For the theme, i only disabled notifications and enabled the instant approval as shown below. I also created a new form with no changes to the default layout. The calender made from this new theme and form has the same issue.
I did discover that the issue does not apply to users with the admin role. But it does apply to subscribers.
Switching over to 3.2.3 again solves the issue for the newly created calendar without needing any changes. If i then create a new calendar in 3.2.3 and update back to 3.2.6 it stops working again for anyone except admins.
I do not know if this could be related, but the default layout of the calendar does change between versions, see the other attached images.

Hi, The problem does exist in 3.2.5
There was a bit of shuffling of versions the last few weeks. There was a bug on 3.2.4, so we rolled back to 3.2.3 and then updated to 3.2.5 and 3.2.6 when they came out. The timing of the error now seems to align with the update to 3.2.6.
I tried today to revert the app to version 3.2.3 and the instant approval does work then. Updating back to 3.2.6 breaks it again. This is however not a long term solution as the place where we’re hosting the site demands we enable auto-updating.

Im using version 3.0.8. Pretty sure i originally made it in another version, but not sure which one.
