In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Site folder missing from uploads pathHi
Tried re-import without success, but have now determined its an issue with WAMP.
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23665064/project-links-do-not-work-on-wamp-server/23990618#23990618I have WAMP V3 and have created the virtual host still with no luck (But at least not your issue now). Thanks for your help.

In reply to: Security – beeing hackedHi @goenz25
I haven’t had a look yet at cause of 500 error. Need to look at how stale my backups are as that was plan A. I just got my website guy to shut the site down until we both have a time to look. At least my sites are not commercial.
Also note – I had 3 sites on same server – 2 without GPDR plugin also were effected.
Regards

They had a HTTP error 500 code when I visited once I heard about the hack.
I have now disabled the website. Now to figure out what they did.Check Uploads folder to make sure there is nothing in there…
Cheers
Hi
I only found out from a WordFence email linking to their blog but it was too late then.

In reply to: [Password Strength Settings for WooCommerce] Works as stated but…The WooCommerce password strength is calculated using zxcvbn created by dropbox
https://blogs.dropbox.com/tech/2012/04/zxcvbn-realistic-password-strength-estimation/
Test here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/209/zxcvbn/test/index.htmlIt looks for common words and also substitutions to work out strength. So its better than just checking for >7 characters…

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] EM and Theme issuesCan the Events Manager author please acknowledge Bridget’s fix and roll it into the next update?
My site is fixed with the fix. if you do a google search on the php error this thread pops up first followed by quite a few sites affected.

cool. I would be interested to know if your author thinks its the theme or EM end causing the issue.Forum: Plugins

I am using RT theme 17. https://themeforest.net/item/rttheme-17-responsive-wordpress-theme/2703099
What theme are you using? What versions of EM are you using?
I am happy to upgrade if its fixes the issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] EM and Theme issuesJust tried going to 2016 theme and problem went away as well. So its an EM / theme compatibility issue.
I also tried to disable EM on all pages except the bookings page – (idea was to try and limit error messages to one page) – no luck.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] EM and Theme issuesI have the same issue. Disabled events manager and issue went away.
Version 5.6.5

Version 5.6.5
Pro Version 2.3.9Email encoder is a better name than WP mailto.
If you want to focus on one code base, perhaps you should be migrating WP mailto to Email encoder. Is is possible to have the “same” code base with two different names? Also Email encoder has twice as many installs and reviews?
Email encoder does what I need. Once found, I used it all over the place.
