Problem solved. I am living in Ireland and I had filled in the “city” field as Cork. I erased this and simply included the country, percentage and named the tax VAT. Left state, postcode and city blank
Ah! I was convinced I had clicked 2 columns on Artisteer but alas I hadn’t! Thank you so much for your help.
