Widget. Should I add as shortcode? If yes, please let me know how. I don’t know how to at present. I added TOC as a widget to a fixed sidebar.

I selected that and put in 300px. That is what it is set to right now. No matter what value I put in there, nothing happens… It’s not applying the offset. Can you help?
