Can you read the Apache or PHP error logs?
Can you provide a URL to your site ?

1. No, not exactly. For content updates with thrive, it starts to load then all the sudden pops up the google box “Leave Site? Changes you made may not be saved” and if you click leave or cancel then an error box from thrive pops up and says “Unable to complete action
The action could not be finished because your session expired and you are no longer logged in. Log in using the form below in order to continue.” and then it also logs me out of my website…

With the WordPress editor, no error message shows up but it doesn’t malfunction by redirecting me to the posts page. To help you depict it better, let’s do a mental walk-through. Imagine your at the admin dashboard, then you go to the sidebar and click “Posts” then “All Posts”. Then you find the post you want to edit and click edit. After I make my edits and hit update, it’ll either load for a long time then finally refresh the page but it’ll revert the changes I made back to my last revision and NOT make the changes I wanted or it’ll redirect me back to the “All Posts” page where it displays all my posts I have. No error message though.

2. No, I cannot. I have optimized WordPress hosting with Hostgator and for some reason, that package doesn’t give you a control panel or anything like that so I’m not sure how I could read the PHP logs. Maybe through FileZilla? I did ask my host about my server and they said it was all up to date with WordPress standards and they didn’t see any problems with it. The first support chat said it was a problem with my theme but upon emailing my theme provider, they said my site checked out just fine and that there weren’t any conflicts with the theme and my site or my server. So I started a new host support chat and it took 3 different support people before they finally gave up and said they were going to have a higher tech team email me but they never did so I came here as everyone seems to be stumped.

3. I would prefer not to reveal the site on the forum or anywhere public.

4. I’ll check out that document right now but in case that doesn’t help, do you have any other ideas what it might be?
