In relation to question 1, “How do I add multiple blank rows at a time?” the video on the product home page shows exactly that!

At 0:30 seconds the word Germany in a 4×3 table is chosen
at 0:32 the “add row after” is clicked and then
at 0:33 three blank rows have been added!
How did you do it?
