The barcode scanner is not working in Woocommerce after updating the 2 Samsung tablets to Android 11 but when we use the Notes app, we can see it scans the barcode correctly and enters a new line character at the end.
We are using the plugin ‘Point of Sale for WooCommerce’ Version 6.0.3 by Actuality Extensions.
Try checking the form fields of the billing checkout. Incomplete billing details is one of the reason why that error message is appearing. Zip plugin will also not accept Phone number format like this “(07) 1234 5678”. Even though it’s correct in the field validation, the Zip plugin is not accepting this kind of phone number format. It will work if the phone number is like this “0712345678”.
The error message is confusing. I hope the Zip plugin team can update the error message so it will pinpoint the cause of the error.
