Hey Hannah! Apologies – I thought I had marked as resolved already 🙂 The problem had to do with caching on Dreampress – there was a third caching layer that needed to be cleared (I didn’t have access to it).

They did it for me and everything started working & the person told me how to clear it using the terminal if I have issues in the future.

Thank you so much for your help in helping me figure out what was going on!

    Hi @lrehbein!

I downloaded the plugin and gave it a try. With a default theme and everything disabled except WooCommerce, I got a 500 error on my shop page and the product pages are still 404s.

After I disabled troubleshooting mode, I deactivated Genesis Connect on the live site. Lo and behold, I can see the basic shop page – but you can’t click through to the product pages – they are still 404 errors. I activate Genesis Connect plugin again, the shop page goes blank. So I think I’ve found part of the problem. (I did resave permalinks between each change, just in case).

I also tried the fix suggested by @przemyslawrosa but there was no change. Since I’m getting errors with just WooCommerce and the basic theme, what is my next course of action?

    Thanks!

    Niki
