Thanks for your reply… unfortunately it didn’t work. I deactivated all of the plugins except this one and it still didn’t work.

Thanks Evan, I actually just gave it a try and it didn’t change anything. I suspect it is because I need to update my theme (Avada), but when I do, it messes up so many other things that I keep reverting back. But apparently there are a couple other plugins that are being affected 🙁
