In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Different Subject for Different Outgoing EmailsHello
Can you please tell me how you solved this: I would also like to limit what emails the Admin receives, instead of the Admin receiving the same email for every status change.Whenever i change the status, admin keeps receiving the same email.
ThanksHi Akshay,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve created a video showing the issue: https://imgur.com/a/rziBiIO
As you can see, I haven’t checked the required GDPR checkbox and then I click on the “Book Appointment” button. The system scrolls up to highlight the required field that hasn’t been filled in (in this case, the checkbox). However, since I have a fixed header, the checkbox ends up hidden behind it, so it’s not visible.I’d like to disable this automatic scroll behavior.
The page URL is https://diabetespoint.gr, and the frontend password is diabetes.Thank you very much.
Hello Akshay, thanks a lot for your response.
I have this shortcode: [ea_bootstrap width=”100%” layout_cols=”2″ scroll_off=”true”]
and unfortunately it is scrolling to the error field :/Hello Darian
Did you have the time to take a look at the #704061 ticket?
I just updated it with a video of the problem, system details e.t.c.Thanks a lot
Hello Darian, sorry for the delay. I created a ticket, here is the ticket number: #704061
Also, i can now describe the problem better:
—————–
I have a website in two languages, Greek and English. Everything works fine except for the datepicker in the calendar.
Here’s a description of the issue:
1) I create an event in Greek.
If I go to https://domain.com/events/ and navigate to the next or previous month using the datepicker, it correctly redirects me to a URL like:
https://domain.com/events/month/2025-04/
2) I create its English version.
If I now go back to https://domain.com/events/ (which is the Greek version of the site) and try to navigate using the datepicker, the URL I am redirected to is of the form:
https://domain.com/en/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month&eventDate=2025-05&name=en
(In other words, it redirects me to the English version of the site with an ugly URL, mixing Greek and English, etc.)
To fix the issue and make the site work properly again, I have to go to the Greek version of any event in the backend and hit “Save.”
Simply put, if the last save is done on the English version of an event, the issue appears. If the last save is done on the Greek version of an event, everything works correctly.
This issue does not appear in all browsers. For example, on my system, the issue occurs in Safari on Mac, while a client of mine reported seeing it in Chrome on a Windows machine.
I have the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WordPress.
I have disabled all other plugins for testing, but the issue persists.
I have the same slug for events in greek and english version.
Can you help in any way?

Thanks a lot for your response.
I have followed the guide to the letter. After all, everything works correctly on all browsers except Safari, where the issue described in (4) occurs.
