I remove the file: …/blogg/wp-admin/import/wp-cat2tag.php

The problem came up after I activate the plugin: “Categories to Tags Converter Importer” and in file: …/plugins/wpcat2tag-importer/wpcat2tag-importer.php the function (class) WP_Categories_to_Tags get declared.
