I removed the query_posts part and now everything seems to be working famously. Thanks everybody. 🙂

I’m using the K2 theme, and placing it in theloop.php (which is included in index.php) and in place of the_content. I am using a custom query, 'cat=1'.

Both of those functions seem to be working, but the clause always results in False. :s
