We have same issue with search function. We search for John and get 145 results but we only have 1 user with that name 🙂

and YES I have tested to change the engine to default instead of LightweghtAjax, I have tried with changing the refresh time to 10 s, I have tried with only 10 users online, I have disabled the avatar and flags… and so on.
But the errors simply wont disappear.
And yes, its NOT the server capacity either.

We have exactly same problem and its getting really annoying now. If many of users using exactly same chat plugin having this problem with Wise chat app, then I have hard to believe that the error message is caused by something else.
We have decided to get rid of this chat app and try to find another one. Luckily it didnt cost so much.
