I am having the same issue. I have the latest plugin update. I enabled the debug mode, where does it display the reports?
This doesn’t address the problem that when I enter the settings, it wipes out my entries when I hit save.
Beyond that, I still don’t see where it adds flatrate shipping information.Can it be linked to paypal?
