Unfortunately that plugin accomplishes something similar to what https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/better-search-replace/ does.
The issue is that Blogger urls have a bunch of autogenerated and unique UIDs for each image so a simple replace will not work, I would need something that accepts regular expressions.
For instance these are some urls:
