I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve had a problem with the plugin. We will do our utmost to help you fix any problems and restore your site to full functionality.
I am surprised that you did not receive a response a week after sending a support ticket – our usual response time is within 24-48 hours, and less if the issue is urgent. I do see an email from a few minutes ago, however, and I will have that escalated right away.
Let us continue correspondence via email since I do not want to discuss potentially private details of your site via a public forum.
I apologize again, and I sincerely hope we’ll be able to get everything sorted out quickly.

Very strange. I do send out feedback requests to users sometimes, when I think something may have gone wrong or been misunderstood, but there’s a typo in that address. In any case, I’d be happy to hear any feedback or questions you might have had here.

Firstly, I will immediately have the the charge in question refunded. We never want any of our customers to feel cheated.
