In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Import sampleHi, I did that but found that it would involve converting the latex stuff again. Not worth it 🙂

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] email user the quiz resultsHi Alex
Sure I don’t mind. I probably won’t use it in a quiz (it’s all multi-choice at this stage) but if you let me know I’ll give it a whirl. I just sent you an email so please shoot through what you’d like looked at.

Sorry for the late reply, I was away on holiday.
Both your suggestions are good.
How does the shortcode work?
Cheers

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] saving greek character issueHah!
Do you have an email address? I tested about 4-5 plugins before finding yours and could share what I thought worked well from all that use testing.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] How to disable random order of answerGreat, thanks.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] How to disable random order of answerAh, OK. I’d prefer the questions be grouped by section inside the quiz. So if I have 10 “maths” questions then 10 “thermodynamics” ones they come 10 at a time. Is that doable?

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] email user the quiz resultsCool! More than happy to test things out or even mock items up if it’s helpful and I understand some stuff takes longer than others for sure.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] email user the quiz resultsOn the pagination side of things, we’ve created a 110 question engineering quiz, there are roughly a dozen sections.
It would be great if we could divide up the questions somehow since 110 is a lot to display on the screen at any one time. Your plugin has these question pots, which seem like they would work. So would it be possible to add the following options?
[Group questions by question pot]
[Include question pot name as section header]
[Display each question pot on separate page]Also, since it’s a longer quiz it would be awesome if the user could save their progress and come back to it later. Although I guess that would be harder to do?
cheers

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Bug – cannot save "0" as an answerIn another question I was able to save “0.0”, so just “0” is causing an issue.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] email user the quiz resultsHi Alex
I guess an easy way to do this since you are already able to nicely render results would be to save the result set and then email a link to that to the user when they finish the quiz. The email would probably be plain text and (preferably) customisable in the quiz settings something. Ie
“Thank you for completing the <Quiz Name> quiz.
You scored <correct points> out of <total points> for a score of <score>%.
To view the results of your quiz please follow the below link:
<link>To view all past quiz attempts please follow the below link:
<link>”You could save multiple result sets per user and have the them available on the site, i.e. a list of links to the result set that could display something like:
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
….
<Quiz Name> <Date> <Score>
See more >>That list could be rendered by a short code.
How often do you plan to release new versions?
Cheers
