Hello,
Have you gone through the onboarding process? It should create the project and automatically add you as a member of the project. Also, if you are the wordpress admin you are then automatically a superadmin in Lazytasks and should be able to do all operations even if youre not part of a project.
We are releasing a major update next week, which should fix all these issues you reported. Also, if you need further help, can you post in our support portal please?

NoorThank you so much for your kind words. Do let us know how we can improve. We want to keep it lightweight but effective for small and mid sized businesses. We find a lot of the options available in the market too heavy for SMEs.

Did it work with other templates? Please let us know. If it did, then probability is very high that our plugin conflicts with something in the template you’re using. In which case, can you contact me directly on my email [email protected] please.

Can you please go to the lazytasks page or quick edit, then as template please select “Lazy PMS Page Template” instead of “default”.
This should fix the issue. In our next update we will provide a fix, so in case the template is changes, it will not require manual update. Please do let us know if this worked.

Can you provide us with some screenshots or screen capture video (preferred) of the following please?
– login into WP as admin and then going into portal.
– Settings section for portal
– Roles and Permission section
– Pages in WP (there should be a page created automatically for portal)
Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this scenario even after multiple attempts and had no other user reporting this issue with portal yet.Your help is greatly appreciated

Thank you so much for taking the time to test our application out and providing valuable suggestions. We will take all of them under advise and implement as we go.The portal access should work. Please check under “Settings >> General >> Portal Settings” to make sure your portal access is on and URL is setup properly. Once it is done, clicking on portal should take you to the portal and everything should work.
For users to manage tasks without having access to the admin in WP, they can use the portal login page, which is the URL that you setup in the portal settings I mentioned above.

Hello, as per request “duplicate tasks or entire sections/groups of tasks” functionality has been added in the new update.
