I figured out the reason it does not update regularly.

I have a plugin called custom fields and the banner items are configured in there for the home page design. I have to just click update in there to update the home page only.

You can close this issue.

It seems to be getting blocked according to the Request timing.

I am not sure what default js script it gets written to.

It is only the Home page of the website that is not updating per usual.

It is the Genesis theme.
