    Hi Enxhi,

    Thanks for the answer.
The thing is that once I switch to Webhook it doesn’t track after the selected variation ID (it only tracks the product ID), compared to the class button which until the update correctly identified the variation ID.
Do you have a suggestion for this problem?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the comment.

It does not belong to the third party Stripe Payment plugin we use.

My question is for woocommerce – is it possible to change the settings in woocommerce so that the VAT does not appear on the invoice sent to the customer?
(**While we are not removing the VAT/tax settings in the store so that it does not affect the statistics”)

Bottom line – we want the tax settings in woocommerce to remain for the statistics, but in the invoice sent to the customer, only the VAT of the third-party Stripe Payment plugin we use will appear.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.
Yes, this is a third-party plugin (of the clearing service).
The second option is the correct one – the plugin we use only add it to the invoice without charging it and it only charges via Woo.
That is, the VAT is charged once, but in the invoice sent to the customer it appears that the VAT was charged twice.

And yes, I contacted the support of the plugin, I was told that it is not possible to change it in their plugin.
That’s why I’m looking for a solution for how to continue using the VAT settings in woocommerce, without it appearing in the invoice sent to the customer.

    Thank you,

Have a wonderful day too (:

    Hi Shameem,

    Thank you for your comment.

We do not use the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin. We use the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin of our clearing company.

We checked that the WooCommerce tax settings are correctly configured.

We are looking for a solution for how to keep with the tax setting in WooCommerce tax settings, without it appearing on the invoice that sent by the payment service provider to the customer?

    Thank you
