Well, now I updated to the latest version, but I still have issue.
The login form requires “Google ReCaptcha”, and it does not allow user to login.

Yeah, it seems the bug is gone. The logs are all available, including the period when the plugin was blacked-out due to the bug.
I appreciate your support!Same here, but I can export the entire log from setting, so the log is still there.
Also, I got error message from WordPress. This might help fixing the bug.

.htaccessが関係しているとのこと、思い当たる節があります。WP .htaccess Editor というPluginや、SecurityのPlugin等が関連していそうです。
Updateの際はそれを念頭に注意しようと思います。SiteGuard WP Plugin というPluginを以前使っていましたが、そのPluginでは起こらない現象でした。
同じような機能のPluginなので.htaccessが関連していると思いませんでした。
Update時にも影響しない形にできると良いのですが。今後のUpdateに期待しています。

はい、アップデートの際に有効にしていた設定が一部無効になります。（「管理画面アクセス制限」、「ログインURL変更」）お問い合わせの2点とも、その認識です。
初回はいつの間にか外れたのですが、2回目のアップデート後にも同じようになったので、アップデートが関連しているのではないかと考えています。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Well, I duplicated my site to other URL, and Matomo works well with translation.
I don’t know the difference between both sites, but all the setting is the same, except the URL.I will keep investigate why translation does not work with my site.
