I just tested it out, it works perfectly on version 2.0.9 and the Ninja Table Pro. Using the Free version of Ninja Table, the Shortcodes Ultimate button appears as a simple text link. Using the Ninja Table PRO and enabling Legacy Table, resolved my problem, 100%
