- If setup is correct it should work, in SureCart you can define shipping profiles by product weight: https://prnt.sc/WJUCcMVTMAM8 if something here is not working as it should please start a support ticket and we will investigate it.
- I understand the situation but how system can determine item wight and calculate shipping for COD methods? first you need some logic on how those fees are calculated. I don’t think this is possible to track with SureCart, perhaps you need to handle it outside of the system.

Absolutely! It’s definitely possible to set up a subscription for physical products with SureCart. You can choose different shipping methods, and users have the flexibility to cancel or update their subscriptions whenever they like.
