I get the same warning today after update from 5.6.6.1 to 5.7
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /…/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/admin/em-ms-options.php:1)

I just replased em-ms-options.php file from 5.6.6.1 backup
Problem was fixed

It was a rule in our firewall “blog-posting” -deny, that was the problem. now is OK.
