Having this issue as well. One month off and all caches have been cleared, permalinks updated.
As the plugin never worked after your update. when we asked for a refund (which is standard practice in the industry) you refused saying “we didn’t try hard enough”.
Have more pride in your product and be willing to stand up when things go wrong.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] WHM/Nginx Plugin & W3 Total CacheThere is nothing mentioned about an nginx.con file in install panel, just the .htaccess files in the. There is no “nginx” specific settings in w3 total cache
The paths are
/home/username/public_html/wp-content/cache/minify/.htaccess:
The URL is https://canadaslotcarracing.ca/
Totally borks the site – prevents access to all sorts of admin panels
No errors generatied

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] WHM/Nginx Plugin & W3 Total CacheI think the nginx conf files on this install on (a vps AlmaLinux 9.6.0, with WHM/cPanel, NGINX caching and mySQL 8.4, hosting multiple accounts each with a WordPress website) are located here
/etc/nginx/conf.d/users/domainname.confSo is what would go in place of
include "/var/www/vhosts/yoursite.com/nginx.conf";in the nginx-standalone-sample-config.conf file in the w3-total-cache/ini/ directory? (quotes around the data to be replaced for clarity)
I have gone through your documentation and even your github stuff but it’s missing a lot of information and what’s there is not clear.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] WHM/Nginx Plugin & W3 Total CacheI did find a couple of files at
/public_html/website.com/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ini/
nginx-network-sample-config.conf
nginx-standalone-sample-config.conf
Not sure what the difference is
Is one supposed to edit these and then move these to the root?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] WHM/Nginx Plugin & W3 Total CacheThanks
When you say “root” do you mean within the “public_html” directory or the one aboe that?
I re-ran the set up and there was no indication of NGINX and there seems to be no file added to public_html or the directory above it.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] WHM/Nginx Plugin & W3 Total CacheSorry – not sure what you’re saying
Are you saying that W3Total Cache will add the appropriate code into the nginx.conf file on each account on a WHM server?
Or do I add that code to the nginx.conf files myself ?

we’re having the same issue
the problem is that we can’t even log into the site because of Wordfence. The only way to log in is to completely delete the plugin and remove the code from the files.
PLEASE stop deleting other users who have the same problem.
It’s a real douche move and it makes you look really bad (people will wonder what you’re trying to hide)
Come on, Wordfence – you’re better than that.
Google has changed Recaptcha quite a bit. Instead of a simple and powerful solution, they’ve made it unnecessarily complex and old keys need to be upgraded.
Considering these sites have been working fine for years, there is a change and WF needs to be aware of it of find some way of dealing with it.
Thanks, I managed to get it working, although not quite sure how.
Hi.
Not sure if this is a language issue? Apologies if so.
- Mailpoet worked fine before the latest update. It sent all the emails that were divi based (actually CPTs). You can see that in the records. Using the servers email servers
- MailPoint on THE EXACT same site (theme, database, literally on the same account on the same server) which started at the same time, with the same plugins has been working constantly all along.
- The mailserver passes all test for local email setting with the proper dkim settings as tested at MXToolbox. As we’re using our own email server, adding anything related to other servers that are not related to our IT backbone dosent make any sense,
Let me know if this isn’t clear.
Hi
It was working fine before, so the not sending is a recent thing – there has been no changes to the server. The other site is identical but IS sending post notification emails.
We are using the webiste’s email server which was working fine, no mailpoets mail server.
THere has been two posts since the 14 which have not sent.
As I said it has been working fine for all those other emails so not sure why its not working now.
