Thank you for taking the time of sending that screen capture. I didn’t see any steps in your recording though, the plugin doesn’t capture the data when you add multiple steps, for that, you need to enable the multistep feature in the plugin and add the steps in the form set up.
Unfortunately that doesn’t work, I need to add a pdf that will have a customized header, and that will capture some entry data that will be added at the bottom of the pdf, the pdf will have several pages of text, and I would like to number each page at the bottom, page1 page2, etc.
