I am using this Wise Chat pro for discussing with users among departments in my company. We got problem, how to get alert new message in widget when user log in? Do you have any document advising?

I would like to delete in frontend, then the file will go to some folder ex. “trash folder” instead of delete the file right away. How can I do that?
