Yeah, I was considering that option too. But then I would have the same issue every time I wish to edit the link color through the editor.
Any idea why the css from the theme (I assume it comes from there) is overriding the editor? And how to change that?
Thanks
That’s exactly there. I have the color link for the whole website to be blue. So I edited the block in question in order to choose a different color.

Hi js.
I guess I understand now: the nbsp’s actually don’t show when I reopen the editing page of a given content. They are inserted only when the pages/posts render. Right?
So everything seems to be working as expected.
Thank you
Rodrigo
Hi Oliver,
I thought there was a conflict or some other reason for the plugin to not work and that it could be related to the way tags are used in the template. But actually the plugin seems to work as expected.
Sorry for that
Thanks anyway.

Hi Williams,
I created a copy and tested it after having deleted the stripe field and got the same error.
https://coursdecompassion.fr/teste-inscription/
So, no stripe field, just selecting the options and seeing the calculations as usual but submitting without a payment method.
Any suggestions?

Hi Kris,
I removed the stripe field and readded it. Revoqued the API keys and re-added them in Stripe’s settings. Purged the cache and still the same error.I am in test mode, with the usual 4242 4242… card number.
Any ideas what could be doing this error? Thanks
Rodrigo
Hi Dmytro,
I checked the API keys again and there are no extra spaces in the begining nor end.
I noticed that the currency was semected for USD. I changed it to EUR and saved. Emptied the cache, reloaded the form, and tried again. Still the same error.
Something that is new in this form is the extra window that shows up asking if we want it to save our card coordinates via “link”. Could it be it that is causing this?
Thanks again,
Rodrigo
Hi Amin,
Thank you for coming in support.
I changed the API keys created through the app in Stripe. Sill the same error message.
Here is the form export: https://drive.google.com/file/d/161AwtOrmLkjq8fYptHStznMXnagADFVL/view?usp=sharing
Thanks

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your help.
I am using a different app for the registrations form. Because of the way we want to direct users when they register, I have it set so that the users are logged in automatically when they register, trusting that it will be safe since the registrations are paid.
I don’t have Jetpack on this site. So I checked the prevent XML-RPC authentication box in wordfence as you suggested. I’m not sure what it means in terms of implications for our users access to the forms and pages.
Thank you or being there

Hi,
I was about to test it for a different site than this one and the screen froze. My laptop restarted itself (no idea how) and i had a firefox update to do. When I was about to test it again, there was actually no issue. The app was already installed and I was able to use the api keys to finish the process.
I did took a screenshot but somehow it was not registered or I can not find it, maybe because of the sudden restart.
Thank you anyway
Cheers
RodSure, sorry for that.
Thank you Kasia
I could solve the issue for now, by removing the “required” to both number fields to which the calculation was dependent.
But now I have another issue, that the users can send a form with 0€ in the calculations because no number of “participants” needs to be selected. Is there a way to activate the “Continue” button only if certain conditions exist, and with an error message?
thanks again
Rod
Hi,
I came in search of this thread because I suddenly have an issue with this {calculation-16} field again. If I fill the {number-2} then the {calculation-16} exists, if I only fill the {number-1] field, then the calculation is not taken into account and the price shown in the form is different from the price sent to Stripe. Which is deterring the users from submitting the form.
All the conditions seem correct. Can you please help me find the issue?
Thanks
Rod
