Try adding define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);to the bottom of your wp-config.php file (just before the require_once line).
Someone wrote that in another thread and after horrendous nights of trying to figure this out that did the trick for me!!!
FormCraft just comfirmed that “The plugin uses another library for sending emails. It doesn’t use wp_mail.”
Might have to revert back to using Gravity!

Yes, it would seem that if I select PHP method on FormCraft (with or without inputting name and email details) it bypasses your plugin completely.
