Hi Amrit,
Thanks for your response. For now I’ve redirected visitors to the WordPress login page in case of a lost password.
Maybe updating to Divi 5 will solve the issue. If not, I’ll try your official chat support.
Thanks again, Noor
Hi Amrit,
I’ve remained on the live site for now, but have disabled the Divi cache (static css) and have excluded pages starting with /lost-password/ in my caching plugin. Functions like minify css or JS are not active in the caching plugin either. The Divi builder is not active on the page, it’s a regular WordPress page with only your shortcode.
I’ve cleared all the cache, tested in incognito (not logged in), and I still don’t see the form. The div with id user-registration is empty.
Any other ideas?
Thanks, Noor
Hi Amrit,
Sorry for the delay in response. Clearing the static CSS and overall cache, unfortunately didn’t change anything. Reverting to a default WP theme broke the site (white screen – technical issue), because of Divi related plugins that I was using. I’ll try to do some testing on a staging site, but don’t have time for that right away. So thanks for now.
Best regards, Noor
Hi Amrit,
I followed the instructions and placed the user registration plugin shortcode on the ‘my account’ page. I made a separate page for the WooCommerce account, so the plugins no longer use the same page for their account-info.
After that I cleared all the website and browser cache and tried again. Unfortunately the form is still not showing on https://www.denkplaats.nl/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true.
Do you have any other suggestions how to solve the issue?
Thanks, Noor
Hi Amrit,
Thanks for your response.
Saving the permalinks didn’t change anything. So here are the two requested screenshots.
I hope you can understand since it’s not in English. (lost password = wachtwoord vergeten and not used in WooCommerce, the my account page (mijn account) is used in both plugins).
I you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks, Noor

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Good to hear signing up worked for you.
I tried again with a different browser and mail address and succeeded to this time. So maybe it was a caching issue.I’ve set up the domain authentication. We’ll see how it goes.
Thanks again,
