Additional information: I double-checked the permissions on the server. All files have permission 644 (rw-r–r–) and all directories have 755 (r-wr-xr-x), which looks OK to me. So, what is the problem?

Thanks dimplemodi. I did what you suggested and it worked. I was able to import correctly with French accents.

Now the question becomes : what will happen when the plugin gets automatically updated? Will I have to re-do the same change every time?

Correction : if I manually put an accent in a name then export to csv…

Hello Stef and thanks for your reply.

Yes, there is a xmlrpc.php file at the root of my installation directory. Currently, when I try to access it (https://www.faaq.org/wp/xmlrpc.php), I got a blank page with a return code 200 (not 404), which is consistent with the fact that I do have stats since July 22. The problem is that I have no stats at all from mid-April to mid-July. I know the stats exist somewhere, they’re not really lost. Is there a way to recuperate them?

I am using Broken Link Checker for a couple of years, but it started to give 404 errors for protected internal links about a week ago, so definitely something has changed recently. Quite annoying.

I am using 1.13.46 and I have the same problem. Can’t find how to remove a field from an existing form when it is no longer needed. Tried with both Safari and Chrome, same result. Please help.
