I don’t know, I’m only a newbie trying to build my first site.
I move the navigation menu from the top of the header to the bottom of the header.

I don’t know if all the code there is correct, I just search some of it to internet.

And sometimes, when I click to another page, its going here: http://i.imgur.com/0aqYoGn.png

But its going back again to the correct position. I think 1 sec or 2 before going back to normal.

I just like blinking my header everytime I switch to another page.
