There was an update for Bookly that I installed. Seems to have fixed the issue – have SM running with Bookly now, and upgraded SC to the full version. Looks like it is working.

I have been in communication with them, since they don’t advertise compatibility with the plugin they don’t have much to say on it. I’ll send along the info you put in and see what they say. I’d love to sort this out as I really need a master calendar for my end users.
