Hello Again,
I dowloaded the 5.4th French version and replaced the files manualy by FTP and it works fine now !
I replaced wp-admin and wp-includes Folder
and also all the root files except wp-config.php .

Hello, Same here it does this since I upgraded my web server to PHP 7.3 !
