All caching and CDN are switched off on this site and the plugin version is 3.2.9

Hi Mr. Clayton,
Sorry the version is 3.2.8 – although we upgraded to 3.2.9 this morning and the same error is showing.
We had upgraded from 3.1.9 which was the version that we rolled back to as it works.
Between our staging (non cached) and production (cached) we see the same error.
