    Apologies for the inconvenience! Where are you sending the e-mails to? Are you sure it’s [email protected]? We respond to all support e-mails within 48 hours. Perhaps your e-mail went into our spam folder- please try e-mailing us again at [email protected]. What’s your email address? We’ll try reaching out to you as well.

    As for your question, we are compatible with WordPress 4.0. The site ID is located within the Nowtalk admin dashbaord on Nowtalk.com under Options—>Embed. Click the WordPress logo and your site ID should be listed there.
