Does the calendar display recent posts or recent comments? I am so confused now.
Is there a way to make homepage to display recent comments instead of recent posts?

I realized even the recent posts bar is not updated. The only place I can find recent posts is by going into comment section of each post. does this have to do anything with database?

Actually i did not have calendar in the side bar. Since recent posts where not showing up, I went and added calendar.
To remove calendar, go to PResenetation> Theme editor and drag the calendar off of sidebar to the bottom section.
