Low visitor number – I read this solution in the FAQ. This does not apply to my scenario. I had many users on the site when it went down.

Dropbox – I do not use dropbox. Not sure why this error is there. I will clear out the settings

    Hi Bryle –

Thank you for taking time to respond. Yes – my website is very large. However, this is the first time I have encountered any issues, and because I just updated the Updraft plugin, I was thinking that maybe some other people had issues with the latest release as well.

Two errors I found in the log:

    1. “Your website is visited infrequently…” – I looked at the FAQ, and I am not a website in development. We typically have thousands of visitors each day. This was not an automated / scheduled back up. I ran it manually.

    2. “5143.361 (9) Dropbox: HTTP code 401 (unauthorized) code returned from Dropbox; attempting to refresh access token” and further up in the log “0335.557 (1) PHP event: code E_NOTICE: Undefined property: stdClass::$refresh_token (line 287, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/ConsumerAbstract.php)” – I do not use Dropbox as a destination for the back up files – I’m not sure if this is just in the log as a resource, but it caught my eye. This error preceded logging that referred to “Long time past since expected resumption time…” and the process was aborted.
