My theme is Kiara.
On product pages in WooCommerce, the Ad to Cart button did not work – it would not add any products to the Cart.
Guest user for sure as I usually test in a new ‘private’ browser tab. Not sure about logged in users.
Oh by the way, the font size is way too small. Please add in a option for font size if possible or make it bigger.
I use Siteground Speed Optimizer plugin. I turned off Minify JavaScript Files and the Wishlist shows up. This was the same issue with another of your plugins. I will wait for the fix.
I am back with positive results so far. Sorry it took me a while.
I added the code snippet via a snippet tool to the Functions.php file. I then went into SiteGround Speed Optimizer, to the Frontend section and excluded the script from Javascript Minification. I also excluded it from “Exclude from Javascript Combination”. I did not find this script in in any of the CSS script exclusion settings.
I will test for a few days and see how it responds.

Thanks for the follow-up and the code snippet. It will have to wait for a bit … I am having other conflicts with the SiteGround Speed Optimizer and my WooCommerce product page images. I just uploaded and bunch of new product and need that to work first. I currently have the Speed Optimizer plugin disabled. I hope to get back to debugging in a couple of days.
Ok so this is what I found out. In my Staging site I turned off all plugins except Woocommerce and the Product Question AI show up on the product page. Great news. I tested it and it works. I get the moderation option of approving the questions. Once I approve they show up on the product page. Great stuff.
I activated all the plugins except for Speed Optimizer (by SiteGround, which is my host) thinking it was the culprit. The PQAI Agent works. Ok so we know now…
The offending section is in the Frontend of the Speed Optimizer plugin. The particular setting that if turned off the PQAI Agent works is “Minify JaveScript Files”. If “Minify JaveScript Files” is enabled then the PQAI Agent stops showing up.
Please confirm on your end and hopefully you can find a work around so that I can re-enable this setting.

Thanks for the hints. Clearing the cache and/or turning on the cache optimizer did not do the trick. I need a few days to run the plugin conflict debugging on a staging site.
I will return with results in a day or so.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Issue with Shipstation IntegrationI had the same issue dating back to Nov 20th. I downgraded to v2.4.0 and was able to resend marketplace notifications in Shipstation and it worked. I was also able to resend customer delivery notifications. Please get a working release asap.
Interestingly it is working now. Here is what I think I did to get this to work. I created a staging site (I use Siteground and a host). Once I logged into the staging site I confirmed that I had the same issue – no dashboard screens for Payments and selecting any submenu of Payments took me to a blank WooCommerce Home dashboard. However, WooCommerce -> Orders, etc all worked fine.
Once I selected the Plugins menuon the staging site then the WooPayments plugin recognized that my WordPress.com and/or Jetpack account were linked to another domain (i.e. woodturningtoolstore.com). A pop-up modal dialog box asked me to either move the registration or create a new connection. I chose to create a new connection. I did not really create a new Stripe account or anything on this staging site.
I then disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and WooPayments. I could then see it fixed the problem – I could see the Payments setup page and the WooCommerce->Home screen. However, enabling all the plugins changed nothing as I could still see the Payments setup page. I could also see the WooCommerce ->Home screen
I think that getting the Jetpack/Woordpress.com account sync question on the staging site and choosing to create and new connection may have forced some account connection that was somehow broken. I think what I did forced Wordprss.com or Jetpack account to resync or something.
I went back to my domain (woodturningtoolstore.com) and I saw everything was back to normal. I hope this helps you debug this issue or discover something that helps this plugin.
I still don’t see any dashboard screens for WooPayments. Strange.
There are some fatal errors in the logs but related to Google Site Kit only. I deactivated Google Site Kit and double checked and WooPayments wierd behavior still persists.

Actually looks like my localhost has an older version of Yith Gift Cards plugin. I suspect if I update the licenced plugin on my localhost everything will be fine.

This is a huge problem.
In the mean time how do I revert back to a previous version.
