For now a workaround solution is to revert back to v1.1.2, which isn’t optimal obviously.
Make sure all the settings on the app are set properly, like so:

To find the Page’s FB ID, go to the “Edit Info” page for the Page and the ID will be in the URL; the documentation is obsolete in this regard.
