For your information, when creating a plugin like this, take into consideration the support as well, because it will definitely not work smoothly for everybody, depending on theme and plugins. I have devs telling me not to use this plugin anymore because of lack of support, therefore before coming back with a snappy remark, I would consider develop this plugin properly and make it Premium, so you don’t have to complain that you are working for free and probably less negative reviews. Patience doesnt work on any business Mr wpformation, you should know that if getting into this business.
If reversed back to Instructor Role v3.4.1 the issue is gone. We’ve been in contact with the Plugin Authors and they mentioned will apply a patch soon to solve the issue.
We’ve performed a conflict check – it seems like there is a conflict between your plugin and WisdmLabs – Instructor Role Plugin.

Awesome. It worked perfectly, however, if a user wants to edit the Company, unfortunately, there is no admin approval in backend, therefore if the user is editing the Company, whether adding additional description or another Employer, the admin doesn’t receive anything in the backend. There is no pending company count if a Company is edited by the user.Appreciate all your help. Awesome plugin
