Thanks for the reply. Yes the primary side bar ( or a blank space if I remove all widgets from it) now appears on the right hand side of my page. What I’m really trying to do is remove the left/primary side bar and get he main content area to fill the gap, leaving just the secondary sidebar to the right.

The solution is to delete the plugin and install v3.3.6 manually from here –
https://github.com/ronakg/Awesome-Flickr-Gallery/downloads
Download the zip file.
On your WordPress admin go to Plugins, Install new.
At the top it’s says –
Plugins extend and expand the functionality of WordPress. You may automatically install plugins from the WordPress Plugin Directory or upload a plugin in .zip format via this page.
Select the link on ‘upload a plugin in .zip format via this page’
And follow the instructions.
