I am not sure what you mean by this. Can you please provide a code example?
I understand that they are sub labels, but the field titles are showing incorrectly. Zip Code is pushed to underneath the forms. Please see the 2nd screenshot I attached for how it should be laid out.
I am using version 5.4.3 right now.
