Thanks for the quick response but I do not see this option, is this only on the upgraded service?
I deactivated the email (welcome_email), clicked edit, then next and see the config to ‘who and when to send’ which I have set to ‘Immediately’, but not a ‘Schedule’ option unless this is the same thing.
I’m having the same problem, the emails are suddenly stuck in scheduled for days now.
How do you manually send them, as don’t see the option?
