Checkout can occur with one of three levels, and I’m using Stripe.

Thanks for the super quick response!
I’m using CRED to build/display the form on the front end. The page is access restricted, so I can’t easily share it. I just tested with Easy Responsive Tabs and it’s working fine now. I consider this issue resolved, though only because I’m using the other plugin. I believe CRED has some sort of sandbox area if you want to try to replicate the issue without paying for the plugin.

Thank you WPMU DEV and cubecolour. It was an Options Framwork plugin that was causing the issue. Duh.
