I currently use the plugin Adminimise to restrict access to the menu options but it does not allow me to create a cut down general settings page with only the tagline field available. Does ‘menu admin editor’ allow you to do this?
Really I would prefer to learn how to create an additional cut-down general settings page through the functions.php file.
