I ended up having to contact my site host and have them change the permissions on my directories to get it to work. I figured it was something like that but couldn’t get how to do it.
I haven’t fixed it. Making a .htaccess file did not solve my problem. It may have to do with my permissions but I have no idea. I have my website hosts tech support looking at it for me, emailed a friend who uses wordpress and I have been waiting to see if anyone would respond on here but nothing so far.
I have searched and found articles talking about permissions and the .htaccess file but either it isn’t what I need or I am not understanding it. Probably the latter. I am clueless.
Ok, so I managed to figured out that I did not have an .htaccess file. I learned how to make an .htaccess file and add the code that was in the Image/Media Uploader problems sticky. Still getting the exact same problem I was before. Still frustrated.
