I think some settings on the server make the difference because I made a copy of the client system (All in one WP Migration) and made all changes on another server where everything works.
Then I made the same settings on the customers system and here this setting (Admin Approval) is not persistent.
Where to look for the differences?

Originally it has been developped for Warenwirtschaft.
If it is not compatible we can discuss the adoption to your needs.

bei der Artikelnummer war ein Bug, den ich jetzt in der 0.9er-Version behoben habe.

ich hab mir Deine XML angeschaut und für den Import die Artikelnummern geändert in Artikelnummern, die in meinem Lexware WaWi Professional zur Verfügung stehen. Der Import wurde daraufhin diesen Artikel zugeordnet. Erkennbar an den Werten in der Mengenspalte.
Wenn das bei Dir nicht funktioniert gehe ich davon aus, dass die Artikelnummern aus der XML im Datenbestand nicht gefunden werden können. Prüf doch mal bitte, ob die wirklich stimmen. Achte vor allem auch auf Leerzeichen vor, hinter oder in der Artikelnummer. Die davor oder dahinter werden leicht übersehen.

the solution: the theme in use restricted the tags for authors. Adding iframe with all possible parameters to the corresponding function solved the problem.
