In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Plugins load orderI’m able to change the plugin loading order in table wp_options meta_key active_plugins, but it doesn’t seem to change the speed. after loading the HTML cache file, does it keep loading the other plugins?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Plugins load orderIt’s not about the loading of CSS and JS, but loading of the plugin, if we can set w3 Total plugin, so it’s loaded first then I think it would be faster. If there is a HTML cached file, it would then skip loading all the plugins.
