I see that you’ve resolved the issue with your Hosting provider.
Please whitelist the following IPs.
83.141.2.180 83.141.6.7Our plugin is communicating with your API during onboarding. Please make sure that
- Your security plugins are not blocking our IPs
- Your .htaccess file is configured to not block our IPs
- Your API path is accessible for our IPs
- Your Hosting / CND provider whitelists our IPs and don’t identify them as Bots
As soon as the following requirements are set, go ahead and retry it

`With regards to the API you will see the following code

There is an indicator for that I think also in the Landed Cost API. The default in the shipping API and also Rating API is that the shipper pays transportation and receiver pays D&T, so it is not shown on the API since it is done from the Shipper’s perspective.`
We’re not utilizing the Landed Cost API but only the Shipping and Rating API of UPS.
